Doe de parelcouscous erbij en kook ongeveer 9 minuten tot de parels mooi zacht en gaar zijn. Giet af in een vergiet, spoel ze af met koud water en laat ze uitlekken.<\/p>\n<p>Kook de sperziebonen en de eieren tot ze gaar en goed zijn. Laat de hardgekookte eieren schrikken, en pel ze. Snijdt ze dan door de midden. Meng de parelcouscous met de sperziebonen, tomaatjes en uien, en de helft van de dressing. Maak de salade op smaakmet zout en peper.
