Giet een scheut olie in de koekenpan en bak hierin de ui aan, voeg de kruiden toe en pers de knoflooktenen erbij. Als de uien glazig zijn of beginnen te kleuren, neem je de pan van &#8217;t vuur en laat deze enigszins afkoelen. Meng de bakingsoda door de bloem, voeg snel de karnemelk toe en dan 1 voor 1 de eieren. Daarna de geraspte kaas. Vervolgens het gebakken uienmengsel door het beslag mengen en het beslag in de met bakpapier beklede bakvorm schenken. Strooi nog een laag geraspte kaas over de bovenkant. Bak de cake op ongeveer 160 graden hetelucht in zo&#8217;n 45 a 50 minuten gaar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Had ik zo&#8217;n zin in om te bakken!
