Bak de gesnipperde ui glazig in een wok, voeg dan salami en pitabrood toe en bak op middelhoog vuur. Voeg dan de kikkererwten toe en bak ze nog nog een tijdje mee. Giet het ei-peterseliemengsel bij en roerbak deze naar wens. Dan de kruidenmix toevoegen en kort meebakken (niet te lang, anders kan het bitter gaan smaken). Besprenkel met rode wijnazijn en dien gelijk op.
