Bak de prei glazig en pers de knoflook erboven uit.<br \/>\nBlus eventueel af met een scheutje whisky en laat de whisky verdampen voordat je de paddenstoelen toevoegt.<\/p>\n<p>Voeg de paddenstoelen toe en bak even mee. Houd wat paddestoelen achter voor de garnering. Voeg de aardappel toe en bak even mee.<\/p>\n<p>Voeg de bouillonblokjes met water toe en laat het geheel garen.<\/p>\n<p>Bak in de tussentijd de paddenstoelen voor de garnering<br \/>\nWas de peterselie en snijdt fijn.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer de soep voldoende gegaard is pureer je hem met de staafmixer.
