{"id":13057,"date":"2019-01-21T08:31:36","date_gmt":"2019-01-21T07:31:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/majoh.nl\/weblog\/?p=13057"},"modified":"2019-01-22T13:02:22","modified_gmt":"2019-01-22T12:02:22","slug":"recept-boerenkool-met-pasta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/majoh.nl\/weblog\/?p=13057","title":{"rendered":"Recept: Boerenkool met pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Weer eens even iets anders dan boerenkoolstamppot met worst&#8230; <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong><br \/>\n300 gr boerenkool<br \/>\n3 rode uien, middelgroot, gesnipperd<br \/>\n100 gr gerookte spekreepjes<br \/>\n2 tenen knoflook, gesnipperd<br \/>\n1 bakje (250 gr) champignons<br \/>\n50 gr walnoten in stukjes, even geroosterd<br \/>\n1 tl chiliflakes<br \/>\n1\/2 el gedroogde salie, verpulverd<br \/>\n1 of 1\/2 klein bouillonblokje<br \/>\nscheut olijfolie<br \/>\nPenne pasta genoeg voor 2 personen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bereiden<\/strong><br \/>\nBak de spekjes kort aan in een wok of hapjespan. Voeg de uitjes toe en bak deze mee tot ze zacht zijn. Dan de champignons en knoflook erbij mee bakken. Chiliflakes en salie erbij. Ondertussen de boerenkool met gekookt water overgieten en deze een minuut of 5 laten staan, daarna afgieten en in de wok erbij doen, walnoten toevoegen, bouillonblokje verpulveren en alles zachtjes meebakken. Pasta koken volgens aanwijzingen op de verpakking (bij ons ongeveer 11 minuten, dan is die al dente).
