Verwarm de oven voor op 175 graden. Prak de bananen fijn, mix deze met eieren, honing en olie. Voeg dan zout toe en het volkorenmeel en de zelfrijzend bakmeel. Bak het bananenbrood tussen de 50 en 60 minuten. Haal hem daarna uit de oven, laat even een kwartiertje staan en stort het brood dan uit de vorm. Verder afkoelen op een rooster.
